Lisa Dye serves as the Director of Human Resources at Inland Empire Utilities Agency, a regional wastewater treatment agency and wholesale distributor of imported water that serves approximately 935,000 people over 242 square miles in western San Bernardino County.  Lisa also serves on the American Water Works Association’s Workforce Strategies Committee.  Before joining the water/wastewater industry, Lisa spent 14 years administering Human Resources programs in higher education and had the pleasure of working for both the California State University and the University of California systems. She holds SHRM-SCP and PHR designations and is a member of the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Association of Workplace Investigators.
