Grace Castaneda serves as the Finance Director for the City of Belmont.  Prior to Belmont, Grace worked in multiple finance roles for the City of San Mateo, and has over 16 years of local government experience.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.  Grace previously served on the CSMFO Board, and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Professional Standards Committee and the Administration Committee for CSMFO, as well as serving on the Budget Committee for GFOA.  In her free time, you can find Grace hanging out with family and friends, going for a hike, a day at the beach, or enjoying a great meal at a local restaurant.
