Please join us as Sheriff Fryhoff shares his leadership philosophy centered around the Seven Pillars, which are essential principles for effective law enforcement leadership.

Speaker Bio:

Sheriff Fryhoff joined Ventura County Sheriff's Office in 1990. He worked a variety of assignments within the Sheriff's Office, including detention services, patrol, special enforcement, investigations, and crime prevention before being elected to Sheriff in 2023. He oversees a department with a $300 million annual budget and 1,300 employees.
