Jonathan Foster, Partner at Davis Farr LLP, specializes in auditing and consulting for local government agencies and special districts, including water, sanitation and various special districts and JPA’s. He oversees various agreed-upon procedure engagements, grant-specific audits of funds awarded by federal, state, and county governments, and Single Audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance. He has instructed on the changes in the Uniform Guidance standards. Jonathan also has experience performing SSAE 18 audits and performing audits under the direction of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction.Jonathan’s professional affiliations include the AICPA, California Society of CPAs and he is a CAFR reviewer for the CSMFO award program. Jonathan has participated in several speaking engagements for the Institute of Internal Auditors on topics including fraud and internal controls.

Chris Woidzik’s career of 20+ years includes work experience in various accounting roles in government and the private sector, as well as in public accounting while working for regional, national, and international accounting firms.  He holds the CPA, CPFO, and CCMT designations, and currently serves as the Controller for the San Diego County Water Authority for the past seven years.
